REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your session outside of 14 days prior to the start date, you are able to receive a refund of your camp tuition fee, less a $100 cancellation fee.
No refunds if the cancellation is received inside 14 days of your sessions start date.
Because we have to guarantee the number of campers in order to prepare for each clinic, any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to the start of each session will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required.
